Doorbell

I purchased a wireless WiFi video door bell in July 25. I have had so much trouble with the product. I have to keep setting it up at least 3 times a week. I even contacted the customer service but with no help. I have now contacted the seller but they have not got back to me. Can anybody help please

Sorry, but after this long, neither ebay or your payment provider will help.

If it was UK business seller, your best hope is citizens advice.
