Does anybody think these AI automated positive feedback's are useful ? or damaging as they will flood
our positive feedback's, there'll be five or six pointless Auto feedback's & one genuine feedback from a passionate buyer. There will be rows & rows of simply pointless positive feedback's & in the end people will stop looking at feedback, does anybody think that will affect their sales? Seriously what do these Automated feedback's achieve? In my opinion they are pointless & damaging.
These auto feedback's say ' order completed successfully tracked & on time' . As a seller you only have control of when you dispatch your item, so what if you dispatch your item the same or next day & the item is late arriving to the customer because the courier was late delivering? And finally you cant remove these pointless positive feedback's, to do so you have to contact the buyer & harass them, so how is that a good option? I welcome the forums opinion.

leaving everything else aside -
"And finally you cant remove these pointless positive feedback's, to do so you have to contact the buyer & harass them,"
Positive can't be removed but buyers can replace the auto feedback with their own feedback.

I agree the automated feedbacks are pointless, however, I think they are completely harmless and in no way damaging. If your item does not arrive on time, I assume you won't get automated feedback.
I certainly won't be contacting my buyers to ask them to leave feedback to replace automated feedback. If I was harrassed by a seller to leave feedback, I would at best leave a neutral: 'Transaction was fine until the seller started messaging me to demand feedback' would not be a welcome comment.

In my opinion feedback for a long time has had very little meaning. Bad buyers can get away with murder and feedback would give no indication of this. To sellers it is just another number, allowing longer feedback was also pointless.
Far better to get voluntary feedback than AI feedback which is not REAL, which makes as much sense as AI descriptions, which implies sellers are incapable of giving the basic facts which is all that is needed.

"I think they are completely harmless and in no way damaging"
Unless it puts a buyer in the position to change their mind and leave negative feedback.
