I just got this message from eBay regarding my payout that was on hold, I sold about 30 game disc which I bought from amazon from different seller, re-packaged and shipped it.  How can I go about it pls? Thanks

I suspect ebay are asking for this information on the assumption that you are an UNREGISTERED BUSINESS SELLER, as private sellers do not usually have a job lot of this sort of item.

 

Looking at your item for sale and sold items, all BRAND NEW, which ebay must have realised.

You will need to provide the invoice/sale details you received when you bought the items.

If you are buying to sell, you do need a business account.

Ebay often scrutinise the accounts of private sellers who sell multiples of brand new items.

if i upload the receipts that showed it was bought from amazon, wont that be a red flag and will it made them to release my payout and not block my account

If you don't do anything, they will perhaps restrict your account and hold your payment.

This just proves you should upgrade to business account. 

You admitted buying to sell.
