I bought an item I believed to be fake so I raised a case with e-bay. At the same time I requested a return and arranged the postage label. Then I got an email from e-bay saying that they have refunded me for the item already. Do I still need to return it? I'm happy to as it is a fake but I can't see how to ask e-bay this question directly.
When ebay refund upfront you don't have to send it back but if seller wants it back you can. If you have the postage label you might as well. They pay postage but won't be charged if you don't use it.
