Hi,
I bought an item I believed to be fake so I raised a case with e-bay. At the same time I requested a return and arranged the postage label. Then I got an email from e-bay saying that they have refunded me for the item already. Do I still need to return it? I'm happy to as it is a fake but I can't see how to ask e-bay this question directly.
