Display price different from bid price

I am looking at an item displayed at £135.92 but the last bid is £130. Why the difference? It may help that i have looked at items on ebay.es (Spain)  but have confirmed set my delivery address back to the UK and I am on ebay.uk though while viewing from a Spanish network. Thoughts anyone?

That'll be eBay's Buyer Protection fee added, it's 4% + 75p.
