I bought a table dishwasher last year in August last week it stopped it needs a heating element .ltd still in warranty ..but the customer I got it from is  not answering my Tex .what I should do

I doubt there is any warranty as they are not usually transferable. 

You are very much out of time to do anything through ebay or your payment provider.

If you bought from a Business seller as brand new with a warranty, consult Citizens Advice.

I'm trying to get customer dallis 128 to Tex me back my dishwasher is
still in warranty till August .eBay said Go to citizen advice any
suggestions please let me know

If this was a UK business seller who offered some warranty and now not upholding this,  then yes,  Citizens Advice is your next step to advise how to proceed here.

If you bought the item from a Private seller,  then warranties are  not transferable for those items,  and belong to the original owner. 

You are far too late to claim any refund from eBay and also too late to claim from your payment provider.
