Hi I've been on ebay since 2010 I'm 100% on my reviews the last thing I sold was about 4 months ago which I received a good review for but I've had my account restricted and can't get Intouch with ebay to ask why has anyone else had this issue

You've come back to selling after a bit of a break,  and sudden selling activity can raise red flags to eBay,  as it could be a sign that the account is being hijacked.

At a guess,  I would think eBay just need verification . confirmation that it is you, who has come back to sell, so you do need to contact Customer Services.

Contact them through the link below, it seems to be only an automated chat,  no Call Back option if using a desktop browser, but others have found a Call Back option on the app or mobile browser.

Thanks for the reply I have entered the information and confirmed who I am but still hasn't let me sell again don't know how long it takes to verify who I am

Certainly can take a few days, and things don't seem to work quickly at weekends.

Just quick trying to list from time to time, say by mid week if there's still issues contact CS again , give them a nudge ! 🤗
