Disappointed

I am beyond disappointed.... After asking a question about a problem I'm having listing an item I have not had any constructive help.

 

One person said it was a glitch at the moment in the system, another suggested I need to update everything in my account so it recognises me. REALLY!!! .

 

It's taken 10 minutes again just to find where I should reply to these things....still don't know if I'm in the correct place.

 

So that's two people offering conflicting advice.... And I had already tried the "update everything in your account" with no success.

 

So basically I won't be selling anything soon on eBay.

 

These things shouldn't be as hard as this in 2025.

 

Even when I try posting this it's asking for a label....WHAT??? .... I don't know what label to put!!!!  So I've just pressed the first option... because none of them relate to what I need done

Sorry you're disappointed in the responses but people are just trying to help.   When ebay goes wrong everyone's in the dark - including ebay half the time.

 

If you haven't sold for a while you will need to check and update your bank details.   See info on here:

There is an ongoing glitch relating to seller location on listings which is blocking some people from selling.   As far as I know ebay haven't said anything about that but we're hoping it'll be fixed soon.
