Direct contact with eBay!

I have requested a return on this item as it is damaged. The seller has agreed however, he has sent me a return QR for me to take to a Royal Mail depo I have emailed him via eBay requesting the item is picked up from my home as it is too big for me to return myself. He has agreed and asked if someone could pick it up from my house on the 20th Jan. Obviously this was yesterday and after waiting all day for the item to be picked up, it wasn't. He hasn't been in contact and hasn't yet replied to my last email.

This item has been with me for over a week and is currently boxed up in my kitchen taking space. 

 

I can't seem to find any way of contacting eBay apart from Livechat, and can't progress any further via the Returns Status as it is waiting for me to return the item myself by taking it to Royal Mail. Is there anyway I can contact a real person!?!

Click on the help link at the top of any page.   Select any topic that progresses your request,  scroll down to Contact Us and get to automated assistant.   Ask to speak to an agent and repeat until it passes you to a real person.
