Can someone advise on how I sell digital products on here? I have listed the items under everything else/information services as advised but it wont give me the option in the delivery section for it to be emailed.

See here for digital policy.
You only opened account today, so I doubt you have added bank account as part of managed payments.

What type of digital products are you listing?

Thanks for getting back to me. Digital and Printable Planners, kids educational resources and similar. It lets me list it but the delivery method doesn’t change or the buy it now. So I have no way of actually sending the links to anyone.

Thanks for your reply. I have been a member for years I’ve only just started selling though. I connected my bank account but it hasn’t asked for any extra verification.
I did read the policy and unless I’m missing something I am allowed to sell the products but the create listing page isn’t giving the options I need to actually deliver the product to the customer.

You also need to have a business account and list as a classified ad.

The thing about digital items assuming they are allowed to be sold, is that you have no proof of delivery and therefore all buyers can get a full refund, by opening a not received case.
Read the link sent about policy, as once listed if they get removed, your selling time on ebay will be short.

Ah! I thought I could do it with a personal one, thank you!

Thank you. I thought you could do no refunds?

No refunds only applies to change of mind from private sellers.
Private & business sellers have to accept not as described returns.
