Different method of posting an item

Hi. I hadn’t sold anything on eBay for a long time but when I did sell an item I was obviously pleased and posted the item via special delivery however eBay is saying I should have sent using their method! Too late now as the buyer will receive the item today. How do I go about getting paid? The buyer has paid but according to eBay I still need to post it! Thank you

Contact ebay and ask if they will add the new tracking number for the item.  You can use callback on here:
