I have found all ebay experience great, not problem so apologise for using this platform to get a response.
However, we bought 2 injectors for an Audi directly, but when we installed them they leaked and failed the MOT for safety reasons. Since 23 May they hadn't replied to any emails (5 attempts) and didn't answer the phone (11 attempts) so, unfortunately, the only way we could get their attention is to go through their Ebay platform, even though we bought them directly form the company. This seems to be the only way to get their attention. They kindly responded the same day with a short message saying to return the item since its under guarantee.
We sent the worst injector back to them (11 June) and even offered to pay admin charges just to get a replacement or partial refund, but have still have not had a response.
It looks like Ebay platform is the only way to get an answer from them even though the item wasn't bought through Ebay.
Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.
