Re: Delivery

It will act as if untracked so the payment will probably be held for at least 14 days.   As a new seller it's possible ebay will hold payment for 30 days anyway.

Re: Delivery

You cannot now add any new tracking,   eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with those tracking details.  If a case is opened later for item not received,   you will be able to add those tracking details.

A refund is sent to whoever paid for the SD label:

  • If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

  • If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.

Your payout may be held for a minimum of 14 days.

Re: Delivery

Just to add @wag8759 ,  if you wish to continue to sell on eBay it's worth reading how Simple delivery works:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/sellercentre/postage/simple-delivery?mkevt=1&mkpid=2&emsid=0&mkcid=8&bu=43952...

Also, have you fully and correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments?  You need to do this,  to be able to list items for sale on eBay,  and receive payouts from those sales....

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.
