Has a reasonable time passed your item's last estimated date for delivery, and you have not received the item?
Then, if the seller is not being helpful, go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

You no doubt bought as a guest. If so the only details you have will be in the confirmation email from ebay. Not received case should be opened through this email.
Seller would not know you at all as purchase was not made by lisac270572, but with an ID used by ebay.

Yes the only proof I have was sent to my email.
I’ve tried every way possible to get into my account
And I can’t get into it
Indeed the delivery date has passed
So now I need to take it further from this email?

Thank you for the extra important information that you cannot see the item in your eBay purchases.
Looks like you made a Guest Purchase , then your eBay account was not used, and you'll find not detail there.
This link will explain how to make a case for item not received, when buying as a Guest.

The best option now, is to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2.
From there you will be able to select the view order details to open a case .
If you are unable to do so from that point on you will need to speak to Customer Services, they can verify that you are the person who made the purchase and assist you with opening a claim.
