Delivery of item not recorded by royal

I recently sold an item and sent by royal mail first class. Buyer received the item and left positive feedback. eBay are withholding payment until confirmation of delivery received. I have provided reference from receipt but this does not show as delivered although item has been delivered and feedback left. Where do I go to resolve this to get paid?

There is sometimes a delay with delivery showing up.   Even if it doesn't the money will be released in up to 30 days, hopefully sooner.
