Delivery item not uodated

Hi all,

So I sold an item on Ebay and this as been sent 2 days ago, to a company named Shop Airlines who I understand to be a middle man for buyers in Japan. Can anyone tell me how long it takes for them to update as received so that it shows on my account?

Tracking is notoriously slow to update on eBay.

Use the tracking you have to go on that company's website that will give you th correct details for when the item is delivered to that Forwarding Company.  This is the proof you need should the buyer open a case for item not received.

Your responsibility ends there when it reaches the Forwarding Company, not for its forwarding journey.
