Delivery and payment

I used a different delivery service to the one booked through ebay as the post office told me yodel wiuld not take the parcel so i sent it dpd at extra cost to me and it still arrived on time. Can they still sign off the deluvery and releade my payment

Payment is now released within 24 hours of the buyer paying. However, your account must have had no defects in the last 12 months and sales of £150 or more in the last 5 years.

If your account does not meet those T & C's then worth adding your tracking used, this way :

• Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
• Click on "View order details"
• Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
• Click on the "Add tracking" option
• A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking.

You may need a laptop / PC and try Chrome,  instead of the app or mobile browser to do this.
