Delivery Address Problem

I can't pay for an item as it keeps saying "seller does not send to the Channel Islands, update address and request total".

I have spoken to the seller a he says he does send to my address, but i still can't get to payment page.

There have been some weird and ' wonderful 🙄 ' happenings since eBay introduced Special Delivery.

Send your buyer a message for them to check their Site Preferences have not changed that they still do sell to the Channel Isles,  they may also wish to add you to their exemption list that may help.

If Evri has been selected as an option that incurs an extra charge to Chan. Isles,  the seller may need to change the postage price for you to Royal Mail only,  no extra charges there.

I'm sorry there's no definitive answer, but it' s all such a learning curve with the implementation of SD for all of us ! 😶
