Delivered to wrong address

EBay app had an update and it changed my primary address to an old address I forgot to remove from my account and today my items got delivered there,no idea what to do I've contacted eBay customer service but they were useless

There are some delivery address issues with the ebay app update giving out buyers old addresses!

As your item been delivered to your old address,I assume you can't retrieve it.

This was identified as an issue with the IOS App. The Tech team rolled out a fix for this on Friday.

If you haven't already you'll need to update the app to the latest version 6.155.1.1. It will then ask you to confirm your delivery address the next time you make a purchase.
