I sold an item and delivery was arranged, the buyer contacted me saying he had moved address, so I had to rearrange the delivery myself at the buyers expense, now eBay won’t be notified when it’s delivered, is this a problem

Without tracking to the correct address the payment will be held for 14 days but you will get it.
