Delivered but buyer says it's been taken back by the postman

Hi, I sold a coat, printed off the postage label, sent via post office for proof of postage, buyer claims parcel wasn't delivered to her yet it is marked as delivered..she then said she has spoken to the the sorting office and the parcel won't be delivered to her but will eventually be posted back to me...not sure as as far as eBay is concerned it's delivered and I can't do anything about it

All you can do is see what happens. Do not refund unless it does come back to you, as so long as ebay are happy with attempted delivery then they will not force a refund.

If she wants it to be sent again, she will have to pay the postage again, but any buyer who causes problems, once could just repeat it. Best to add to your blocked bidders list.

She's now come back and asked for a refund which I won't do and would like me to send the coat back to her if it arrives back here so theoretically she gets it for free!
