Deleted items

EBay in their wisdom decided to delete over 100 items from my page, the reason? Because I couldn’t upload my identity documents through their portal. It wasn’t for lack of trying it was due to their portal not accepting it and rejecting it every single time. Now that I have finally (over a year later) got it verified I find that all my items were deleted and whenever I try to contact them about it I get the run around. Has anyone here any suggestions? Their automated response is basically useless and it completely sends me in circles rather than put me through to an agent

I do recommend contacting CC first thing in the morning when the lines first open for live agents,  which is 8 a.m. on weekdays,  then, there's more chance of Dublin answering I would advise,  only to speak to them.

Ended/unsold listings which is what these would have been are only kept for 90 days. I think you will find you will have to re enter them all once again.
