Hello. We have an EBAY shop and are attempting to delegate the collection of large items from our central warehouse. We can't seem to set a permission to allow delegates of the shop to undertake this task, only the main shop owner appears to be able to enter the supplied collection code via the website.
What are we missing, or is this a limitation of the current permissions structure?
Any help gratefully received.
And yes we could manually record the code or mark the item as collected and notify the shop owner, but that seems to be just working round the limitation.....
