Defective item being returned.

Hello

Purchased a part worn Michelin Primacy 4 tyre, when item arrived it was a Michelin pilot complete with a large nail in it, main title said it was a Primacy although further pictures which I did not look at did show it was a Pilot.

The tyre that arrived was not the unit shown in the original picture which was clean, the one I recieved was dirty and muddy.

I started a return assuming it would be collected by Parcel Force the same as it was delivered, after 5 days after getting no reply from the seller I looked more carefully at the package label and realised it was not Parcel Force just the normal Post office, also the weight was 0-2kg, the tyre is about 12kg so had I carried it to the PO it would have been rejected. Appears to me this is just a method of preventing returns.

I need to contact ebay but cannot find a way to do it ................. any help Pls.

When a seller sends a prepaid return label eBay automatically issues an RM label for 2kg.

This happens all the time. The buyer then has to contact eBay to get a more suitable label. To fo this, click on "Help & contact" or "Contact us" at the top or bottom of every page. Or you can use this link: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
