Defect

Hello,

 

I received the wall sticker, but unfortunately it is not working as expected. The adhesive does not stick properly to the wall, and the mirror effect is not usable in its current condition.

 

I followed the instructions and applied it to a clean, smooth surface, but the item still does not function correctly.

 

Please let me know how we can resolve this issue. I would appreciate a replacement or a refund.

This is a member to member forum - you are not talking to Ebay or your seller.

If the item you bought doesn't work properly, as long as you received it less than 30 days ago, you should open a return.

The basics are below but you should read about how the seller can respond to your request and about how the Money Back Guarantee works.

On every listing is eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy which describes the steps you need to take if you receive an item not as described/ defective.

 

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery you are guaranteed a full refund,  under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.
 
Just proceed this way:
 

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

 

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

 

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.

Do not accept a replacement! You only get one case and if replacement is defective, then you cannot return it as you will have used your one case.
