Dealing with a Payment dispute

Sold an item on eBay. Few days later a 'payment dispute' is opened by  the buyer, so eBay put the payment on hold . I provided eBay with proof of postage, a tracking number which showed proof of delivery, but eBay ruled in favour of the buyer. So I get no payment and the seller has the goods. Tried to appeal via on line chat and telephone, but all I get told is the case is closed. Didn't get to speak to a human at all.  So much for my right of appeal. Messaged the seller, and they said the payment had been taken from the wrong account , and asked how they could send me the payment. I asked them to send payment through PayPal. So now I wait........

When you post an item it is always wise to put the tracking onto the item in your sold section straight away.

When a dispute is opened you make sure that tracking is on the dispute.

Did you do that?. You should have won if it showed delivered.

This is how you contact CS but too late now
