Hi I purchased a plug in fire it was plugged in for about 15-20mins wen it was smoking then flames coming from it,it had caught on fire my first reaction was to put out the flames quickly and throw the item out as not far from it my very young children was playing. I was given £25 voucher from eBay but as time has gone on I’ve thought £25 voucher compensation just ain’t enough I have nightmares about what could of happened is there anything else compensation why’s I can do thank you
