I sold an expensive perfume & it was ‘damaged beyond repair’ in transit with evri. I sent it in the same packaging i recieved it in when i got it in the post. It was in a bubble wrap package & boxes up. Ive gave the buyer the money back but now I'm £75 out of pocket. The perfume was actually £125. Do i not get any compensation?

If you bought the postage through ebay here's how to claim:

If you bought from the courier you claim direct from their website.

I don't know if pics are necessary. Try forwarding the notification you received about the damage, if they didn't send it to the buyer. It's always worth a try.
