You can get a callback using the link below.
It looks as if you have sent your last couple of items using Simple Delivery. The buyer paid Ebay for postage and you printed the label and sent the item.
If the item is not received by the buyer, or is damaged in transit and the buyer opens a case, then Ebay would refund the buyer in either of those scenarios. I am not certain that Ebay would refund you if you voluntarily refunded the buyer.
