Damaged item

Frame I ordered arrived damaged have been offered a 20% refund and to keep the frame but it’s no good to me if damaged as a gift.

Now seller not responding to my messages. 
I have no idea what to do now as would like a refund or ideally another frame?

Open a return through Ebay.

The seller will have to pay for the return of the item and refund you.

I would advise returning the item and getting a full refund.  If you get a replacement from this seller, it may not be any better and you could run out of time to resolve this via Ebay.

Use the ebay money back guarantee and open a case for Item not as Described and wait for your seller to send you a return label so they can refund on return. 

Do not ask for a replacement as this would so easily run you out of time to claim a refund should the replacement not arrive, You can always buy again once you have your refund.
