Hello, I sent an item but it has arrived with damage, what should I do or who should I contact?

It is up to buyer to open a RETURN CASE REASON DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
If this is the situation, then I believe ebay refunds buyer, as that is what buyers pay a fee for.
