DPD tracking not udating

Hello everyone, hope we are all having a busy day.  

 

Anyone else experiencing the tracking not being updated when the items are clearly delivered.  I send the majority of my parcels with DPD.  I have a business account with them and the DPD portal automatically updates the tracking number when the item is shipped and then follows the parcel until delivery.  Quite a lot of them are just showing as 'label created' over the past week. 

 

I've asked DPD to investigate as well but thought I would reach out here to see if anyone else is having issues.  It was working so well and saving me lots of time!
