Hi, my buyer has elected to have a pair of trainers that I have sold them go through the authentication process. As a result eBay have provided a DPD pick up label that I have attached to the parcel. How do I inform DPD the parcel is ready? The DPD website can’t help as it doesn’t recognise any of the tracking numbers on the label and states that this is because the label has been purchased through a third party (eBay)!
I believe you will have to take the trainers to your nearest DPD drop-off point.
