DIY Repair Ebay no help

Hello I'm finding it hard to find help for eBay im having a dispute with a seller ( Creality ) about there "Flag ship"  K2 Plus 3d printer. they want me to diy repair it.
but having already explain to them I'm not capable to do the repair with my disability and age. the printer cost over a £1000. 8 months ago
I don't feel I should have to repair it myself. and to add insult to injury this they offered me a roll
of filament to do the repair my self which is an insult

After 8 months you are too late to get any assistance from Ebay.

If you paid with a credit card, you may be able to open a Section 75 chargeback but you will need to investigate whether your claim is eligible.

Otherwise, you might have to investigate legal action.

Citizens Advice may be able to suggest next steps if you bought from a UK business seller.
