This week has been a bit of a nightmare.
I'm waiting on 3 items from the US via DHL and then Evri (Hermes). Every day since 5 days ago. The tracking states out for delivery, only to revert back to 'item forwarded to delivery agent', later in the day. Eventually, yesterday, all 3 items, worth £120 each, were deemed 'undeliverable, visual damage and returned to sender'. I've managed to open 2 cases for which I have to wait until the 27th of Jan for a resolution. And the other i can open on The 20th Jan.
I mean seriously, what the hell is going on with DHL and Evri?
