DHL have not collected my shipment this evening

Hi

 first time I have sold on e bay and used Simple delivery. I booked DHL collection for today 8.00 - 18.00.

I got an e mail giving me hour window approx 20.00 - 21.00. 

They have not collected and there is no way of contacting them as their customer phone lines close at 18.00 on friday. So I'm still sat here waiting.

Anyone know how late they will collect?

No idea, but this is not a unique experience. Happens far too frequently.

Better to cancel label and sort out postage yourself.

DHL finally collected today after 4 phone calls to 02476937770  ,submitting a complaint for which I got a case number by email but no reply, and  3 days staying in. 

 Each time the automated bot said they were hoping to collect that day. Yesterday I finally spoke to a human who was advised that they had tried to collect twice but no cards left. The driver who collected had no idea, had little to no English - we intercepted him as he got out from a white van , So presumably a subcontractor, he had no idea where he was but he did have the label, I feel lucky he found us and took it away. I am now concerned that it will get to its destination in one piece.
