Driver no show on 3 seperate occassions now. How can i speak to someone from ebay please?

DHL are doing this a lot.   Explain issue to the buyer.   You could cancel/refund the transaction with their agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist.     Assuming your item is extra large or heavy select Oversized under the package size during the listing proces and then you can use a different courier of your choice.    The buyer can buy and pay again.
