Hi,
My customer lost access to email account which was provided to receive QR code for item collection. My customer asked me to provide new QR code on different email address.
What should I do In this situation?
Can ebay provide another QR code on different email?

You'll have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list. Then relist for them to buy and pay again.

The QR code can only go to the email address the buyer had registered with ebay at the time of purchase. The only alternative would be a completely off-ebay arrangement.
