Create a listing with multiple variations

Hi, i am trying to create a listing with multiple variations of some model toys and despite looking on Youtube and on help i just cant seem to do it. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hi, i have done that but when listing it doesn't give me any options to add or edit variations
