Couriers refused to take parcel

Sold item the courier wouldn’t take it even though they state the size 160 which it was and in the shop where the courier collects from they say biggest is 150 they will take so I had to quickly go with another company to ensure my buyer got the item I. Time but now I have paid twice for shipping the label was printed but never used how can I get a refund
