Courier not collected the sold item from my address

Help please. I’ve sold an item and arranged delivery through eBay and dhl. However dhl haven’t picked up the item for 5 days despite daily emails saying they will. Can I receive all my funds including postage costs that the buyer has paid and arrange my own postage. The seller is happy with this. 
if so, I do to know how to do it.

The buyer will receive a refund for the postage they've paid for if it is unused.    If you buy your own postage with the current transaction you'd have to pay for that yourself, and change tracking on ebay.

You could cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist trying to opt out of Simple Delivery.   Not sure if it's still possible but you can have a go by adapting the advice on here:
