I packaged an item for DHL to collect Monday 20-10-2025 and was at home all day. At 4:02pm he driver was captured on my front drive CCTV standing on the drive but made no attempt to collect the parcel then drove off without leaving any calling card. I rang DHL and explained the position. I was told the parcel would be collected Monday evening and DHL would ring me back to confirm, this never happened! I then emailed
DHL and just got back a standard response, I've tried again no joy.
Is there a way I can print a new despatch label and get DHL to collect as eBay arranged DHL as the courier.
