Courier collection

I have sold a large heavy item, and Ebay want the courier to collect it from my home address....even though I've changed my collection address to my work address

How do I change things so that the courier collects from my work?

Depending on the courier, will probably determine an answer! When you booked the carrier which address have you used? Home or Work?

They will automatically pick up from the address registered, however most carriers if you access their website allow you to alter things like this, I know UPS do, you'll need the tracking number etc to do it.

With this new 'Simple Delivery' system it seems Ebay chooses the courier, in this case DHL.

On a previous transaction I noticed that they had my collection address as my home one, so I changed it to my work one.....but they still want to pick up from home.

Checked with DHL and they want a waybill number which I don't have, presumably because the whole thing's gone through Ebay.....tried with Ebay's digital assistant and got no where.....aaaargh

The waybill number is the official name for the tracking number.
