Courier cancelled prepaid label

Hi, my buyer has bought a prepaid label but the courier has cancelled it and I don't know what to do. Do I buy my own label?

No idea why the label was cancelled,  but yes,  buy your own now,  and send the buyer the new tracking numbers ,  keep the numbers safe.

You cannot change the tracking but can enter the numbers should a case for item not received be opened later.

Using your own postage,  your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.

For the unused Simple Delivery label for the refund.....

• If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

• If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
