The seller has not accepted your offer so if you don't want to buy at their counter offer price there's nothing you can do.

No, your original offer is no longer valid. You can always contact the seller via the link on the top right of the listing, just below their account name. If you can agree a price they can relist at that price (now they've had offers they won't be able to revise the current listing).

Offers provide a chance chance for serious buyers to by-pass the uncertainty of bidding by offering what the seller may accept as a realistic price. It isn't intended as an invitation to haggle or another way of bidding.
Otherwise, just bid in the usual way. You may get it for a bargain price, or you may be swept away by higher bids. But if you want the item bady enough, that's the uncertainty that making an offer is designed to avoid.

If you do agree a price with the seller don't forget to add the buyer fee to your offer
The Buyer Protection fee is calculated as:
for example if the buyer wanted £20 your offer would have to be £21.50 as eBay take their cut from your offer.
