Counterfit goods but no return option

Bought a Counterfit pair of Nike Trainers, seller saying no returns. Just want my money back.  Any help would be very helpful

Ignore what the sellr says as long as you are within 30 days of delivery open a case with eBay to return as doesn't match description, do this from More Actions in your purchases then return this item, escalate to eBay after 3days if no response.

Only recieved goods on Saturday , but paid good money .. Thanks for the

One more tip to the good advice given. 

Once you open the return case,  do not close it early on any promise or excuse the seller may give.  It gives the seller 3 days to fully refund you, or to send a tracked return label if they want their item back first.

If neither happens,  then on day 4 escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.

Problem is its not me whose bought the item, its my cousin he isnt very   ebat  savvy.

the seller who sold him Counterfit nike trainers is saying i can only offer you a £10 refund,    im gonna see if i can login in his details and  fix it for him.. He paid £114  for fake trainers.

Act fast,  your cousin who bought this item, has 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery to open that return case to receive  a full refund,  everything they initially paid and not the joke of £10 which was offered ! 🙄

If you are helping your cousin,  then when logged into their account,  follow these guidelines....

Go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.
