Burberry Perfume sent to me completely scentless. Also, there is a clear difference in the bottle compared to the genuine article and the seller is gaslighting me and saying they can’t see a difference! The cellophane was flimsy- when the real is thick and the ring around the lid is silver , whereas on all the genuine bottles (I have worn this for years!) the ring is golden. I believe the seller knows this and deliberately lures buyers in advertising pictures of the genuine bottle. There advert shows golden rings but the one sent to me is clearly silver but more importantly it has no scent. It’s like water. The real product will linger in my car for a week or two after a quick spray. I want a full refund and this seller to be called out for this is and banned. The seller offered an insulting £6 refund!
