I bought a Dyson hairdryer 2 years ago. The hairdryer went on fire and was sent back to Dyson for repair. They have contacted me to say the product is counterfeit and they have destroyed it. They’ve provided me with a letter stating it is counterfeit. The seller is no longer on eBay and if was bought 2 years ago. Do I have any way of obtaining a refund? I paid a lot of money for it.
Sorry, there is no avenue for you to follow for a refund now, after such a long length of time, there's only 30 days to report to eBay for a faulty item, and you're way out of time to claim from your payment provider too,
