Hi,can anyone help me ,please?Bought a Dyson item which was described as A brand new and authentic.After that I was able to register it with Dyson so I can get an year guarantee. So far so good,but when the item needed repairing,I sent it and then I had an email back from Dyson that the item is conterfeit and since then nearly a month I am trying to get my 350£ back .Contacted the seller-No reply.Tried to get help from Ebay,but they said can't see any problems.
